Oil-soluble polyurethane plugging grouting material is one-component, low viscosity, water foam, high expansion, hydrophobic type material. Construction method
1, Carefully check the leaking part, clean up the leakage location near the dirt, confirm the fracture types, drilling, and on effective grouting hole grouting mouth installation, flush the cracks.
2, Using single type, high pressure grouting machine construction, grouting machine should be dry
before construction, no dirt.
3, From low to high from the first to start pumping slurry grouting mouth, gradually increase the pressure, when there is serous adjacent holes, moved to the adjacent holes, grouting; After a series of grouting, back to the first grouting mouth, with slurry grouting again.
4, After 72 hours checking leakage location for water penetration, without water penetration, can remove the leakage grouting mouth, using epoxy mortar or alumina cement will base closed and flat. 5, After the grouting, immediately clean with cleaner contact with serous all equipment and tools.
Waste should concentrate processing, shall not be arbitrarily discarded.
Notes
Construction should be well ventilated, away from fire, construction workers should wear glasses, gloves and other protective equipment;
